So second time in the series New Zealand skipper Vettori won the toss and elected to field first as he has a view that Kiwis prefer to chase. On the other hand Indian skipper MS Dhoni has the view that Indian team has the strength in batting so he was looking to bat first and this is what he get. So he is not at all unhappy with the toss.
Both the skippers are happy with the toss, this is a good news for all. The challenge to Indian batsman to bat on the pitch which is helpful to the medium pacers is behind them.
During last match Irfan Pathan did not performed well and he must be looking to strike in this match. Team India today brought Ravindra Jadeja in place of Rohit Sharma. The reason behind this is the success which Vettori got against Team India in last match and that’s why Dhoni included Jadeja so that he can have one extra bowling option with him.
