Team India piled up a huge target of 333 runs for Sri Lanka. For the second time in the series India crossed 300 runs mark. Today India won the toss and elected to bat first. Nothing went good for Sri Lanka, other than the breaking up of the World Record by Murali.
Team India made 332 runs in their alloted 50 overs, Gautam Gambhir was the hero of the match. He made 150 runs. He made these 150 in just 147 ball, with 14 boundaries and 1 six. He got the support from Dhoni who made 94 runs and missed the century by just 6 runs. Dhoni made 94 runs in 96 balls with 4 boundaries and 2 six.
