One beautiful boundary from McKenzie brought South Africa to 78 and he is now at 36 with Smith at 34. Two consecutive boundaries from McKenzie has reached him to 20 and South Africa at 54 for no loss.

Team India is on back foot. Team India got out for a low score of 76.
India is struggling at 76 for the loss of nine wickets. Two consecutive boundary by Pathan brought India to 72.

Team India and South Africa are now looking for the second test match, which is scheduled to begin on 3rd of April 2008 in Ahmadabad. Bowlers of both the team are looking to whitewash the memories of the first test match played at Chennai. In the first test match the pitch of the Chennai didn’t helped any bowler except Bhajji. His eight wicket haul was the best among all the bowlers.
For the batsman of both the team first match was like the match practice and they have gained the confidence. Especially the likes of Sehwag, Dravid, McKenzie, Amla and Smith are the person to look upon. South African coach has already announced to welcome Sehwag with short pitched ball especially the ball to his body.
Team Indian think tank is thinking of using five specialist bowlers in the second match. As Sachin is unfit for the match, team India might give place to Yuvraj Singh.
